Order Processing
Weekday orders (Orders Placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped no later than the next day. For example, an order placed Wednesday will ship no later than Thursday.)
Weekend orders (Orders Placed on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.)

  • All orders within the US will be shipped using UPS.
  • Shipping and handle charges will vary depending on the quantity and weight of order.
  • Shipping options include: Ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and overnight.
  • All International orders will be shipped using the USPS (US Postal Service.)

  • Shipping options include: Global Express Guaranteed, Global Express Mail, Global Priority Mail.
 Returns / Exchanges
  • Items Returned must be returned in 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be in the same condition as sent including packing material.
  • There must be a note accompanying item(s) including the following information:
    • First and last name used for order.
    • Email address used for the order.
    • Transaction ID / Order number.
    • Reasons for returning items, and instructions on exchanges.

  • On Exchange orders, Customer will pay for the shipping back to iLeatherDirect and they will also be charged an additional shipping charge for the new item(s) back to them.
 Refunds
  • iLeatherDirect must be contacted in 15 days of receiving package.
  • iLeatherDirect will refund the item(s) cost only. This does not include the shipping charges.
  • Refunds Void if item(s) are damaged in whatever way. (Soiled, etc.)
  • Refund Amount will reflect the price the Costumer Paid for the item(s). If there is a price change the Costumer will receive the original amount paid.
