- Items Returned must be returned in 15 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be in the same condition as sent including packing material.
- There must be a note accompanying item(s) including the following information:
- First and last name used for order.
- Email address used for the order.
- Transaction ID / Order number.
- Reasons for returning items, and instructions on exchanges.

- On Exchange orders, Customer will pay for the shipping back to iLeatherDirect and they will also be charged an additional shipping charge for the new item(s) back to them.

- iLeatherDirect must be contacted in 15 days of receiving package.
- iLeatherDirect will refund the item(s) cost only. This does not include the shipping charges.
- Refunds Void if item(s) are damaged in whatever way. (Soiled, etc.)
- Refund Amount will reflect the price the Costumer Paid for the item(s). If there is a price change the Costumer will receive the original amount paid.
